Responsible for the technical smooth running and maintenance of the hotel's installations. Ensure the safety of people and property, and guarantee a high standard of equipment and hotel's facilities, with responsibilities asfollows:
- Develop, implement and manage a maintenance program and negotiate maintenance contracts for the hotel, the grounds and all of the equipment in compliance with corporate standards and regulations to maintain the property in first class condition
- Ensure proper functioning and coordinate annual inspections of fire alarm, sprinkler systems, elevators and health regulations items
- Train and direcs his subordinates in the corect of all emergency fire protection panel and emergency generation equipment
- Identify training needs and to ensure departmental training plans are developed and implemented in accordance with company standards
