To provide necessary financial support to General Manager and Department Heads to facilitate the achievement of the hotel’s financial target. Ensure compliance to TAUZIA standards and to submit regulatory reporting responsibilities of the hotel on an accurate and timely basis, with responsibilities as follows:
- Maintain control over the hotel’s assets, liabilities, income and expenditure on behalf of both Operator and Owner and provide management, leadership and accountability for the financial performance of the hotel
- Ensure compliance with all contracts, legal agreements, Tauzia standards, and the proper execution of all operational taxes, assist management in maintaining all licenses, permits, insurances, and other regulatory contracts.
- Establish and continually audit all internal financial controls including purchasing, cash handling and disbursements, inventories, hotel assets, master keys, payroll and employee records.
