Des Indes Menteng Jakarta - Front Office Manager

Responsible in supervising, directing and leads the Front Office personnel and to ensure the equable operation of the department whereby the actions and the results achieved are in accordance with objectives, performance and quality standard establish by the hotel, with responsibilities as follows:
  • Represents the management in handling all designated areas of operation within the hotel during his shift and perform any additional assignment as delegated by the General Manager with competent and effective as much as possible in observances with hotel policies
  • Assures genuine interest in our guest wellbeing by checking level of satisfaction before the guest’s departure. This is not limit to the out lined duties, but continuously efforts to expand the scope of the responsibilities.
  • Represent the management in handling guest complaint / requests concerning services from all areas of operation and any final decision should be referred and confirmed by the respective Department Heads of the department concern
  • Ensure that all equipment and properties of Front Office are accounted for and to make report to General Manager if any discrepancies with the copy sent to accounting manager and room division manager.
  • Identify training needs and to ensure departmental training plans are developed and implemented in accordance with company standards
