Develops the information systems within the hotel, maintains and upgrades the quality of IT services within the hotel, with responsibilities as follows:
  • Ensuring the IT material of the hotel works in optimal condition and capacity and bringing support to the IT users (hotel teams and guests)
  • Provide guidance to the systems, programming, and operation staff in the solution of hardware/software related problems
  • Evaluate, review, and approve requests for information systems hardware, software, or services.
  • Establish preventive maintenance procedures for both the hardware and software aspects of all systems
